1) Make chicken soup. Put several pieces of dried kelp (and dried krill) for extra flavor.
2) Chop Chinese cabbage in bite-size pieces and microwave for 2 minutes.
3) Cut tofu into one-centimeter-thick slices and microwave for 90 seconds.
4) Lightly stir-fry shrimp pre-flavored with sake, salt and pepper, and lightly sprinkled with starch.
5) Chop ginger and garlic in small pieces.
6) Put oil and 5) into a wok, and stir-fry 2) for 1~1.5 minutes.
7) Put sake and 1) into 6), and add 3) & 4), and heat.
8) Turn off heat, add a small amount of liquid mixture of starch and water to 7) and mix. ※Taste, and if too bland, add salt.
9) Heat 8) again and put beaten egg when boiled, and heat till egg is done.
